Nicole Bellamy
Nicole’s commitment to fitness started with a 150 lb weight loss and now she's inspired to lead others.
Nicole is an Ironman finisher, ultramarathon runner, personal trainer, and cross country coach. She shares her love of movement as a yoga, barre, and mat pilates instructor. She creates an inclusive environment where you can receive gentle, authentic guidance.
Nicole is especially called to support new parents or those new to movement feel empowered to trust their bodies.
Nicole’s qualifications include E-RYT200, RYT-500, YACEP and will soon be a reformer pilates instructor.
Megan Tillman
Megan Tillman, RYT-500, ERYT-200, YACEP (you can call her MK,) fell in love with yoga during college when she was feeling lost and fearful of the future.
She became Barre Above certified in 2023 while seven months pregnant with her son. MK then became an AFPA certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist.
As a lifelong dancer and competitive cheerleader, when you take class with MK, you can expect fun and creative sequencing/choreography, carefully curated playlists, and an endorphin high to leave you feeling strong and energized. MK loves her family, astrology, cooking new recipes and Rise Up lavender oat milk lattes.
